3. Service Description
Flowry provides general household cash flow education through self-paced online courses, small-group live workshops, and a comprehensive multi-week program. All programs are educational in nature and are not regulated financial advice.

Flowry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service with reasonable prior notice to enrolled participants.
4. Enrolment and Account Access
Enrolment in a Flowry program is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from Flowry. Where online access is provided, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share access with others.

8. Education Disclaimer
All Flowry programs are provided as general household cash flow education only. Nothing in our programs, materials, website, or communications constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any other regulated financial service under Malaysian law.
Flowry facilitators are not licensed financial advisers. All content is intended to help participants understand general concepts around household cash flow management. Participants are solely responsible for all financial decisions they make, and we encourage consulting a qualified licensed financial planner for personal financial guidance.
Flowry does not make any representation that participation in a program will result in specific financial outcomes. Individual results will vary based on personal circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Flowry's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of our programs shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the specific program in question.

11. Termination
You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Flowry may suspend or terminate your access to a program if you breach these Terms, without prejudice to any amounts already paid.
Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
